Cavi’s Beluga Caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon. Raised semi-wild in the pristine waters of the Caspian Sea, this species of sturgeon can reach more than 100 kilos by the age of 20.
It’s roe are the largest of all caviar. The flavour is powerful and the texture is creamy.
The colour varies in shades of light grey to black.
Because of its rarity, the Beluga sturgeon is the best known and most mythical of sturgeons.
